CERI GALLIn tribute to former soldier Ceri Gall, from Briton Ferry in West Glamorgan, who died in a car accident on 24 December, 2009, aged 31.His death came at the end of a year in which the IT consultant married girlfriend Sian.Friends said Ceri was devoted to his wife and their son Cori.Kat Cook became friends with Mr Gall, who was previously known as Ceri Soper, when they worked together in the insurance industry after he left the army.She said: "Ceri was absolutely unique. I knew him for 11 years, and he would never let a woman carry on crying if something was wrong — he would do what he could to make them happy."He had a great Welsh sense of humour and was always quoting lines from Twin Town."He was a bit of a jack the lad when he was younger, but I'll never forget when he met Sian, and he said how in love he was. He loved his family and his son Cori."There are not many people put on earth like him."Until last summer, Mr Gall worked for Bynea-based telecommunications company Postive IT.Colleague Craig Morgan said: "He was unique. We got to know each other through work about five years ago, and he became a close friend. He even helped me find a job."Everybody who knew him was so shocked — he was such a character and a great guy.
