JohnCHADWICKSuddenly on June 12th 2019 at the R.S.U.H after a long illness, John aged 74 years, (former proprietor of John Chadwick Commercials) of Kinglsey Holt and formerly of Cauldon and Leek, the dearly loved husband of Freda, much loved dad of Claire, John and Sarah, dear father-in-law of David, Helen and Nick, treasured grandad of Emily, Chloe, Holly, Lois, Poppy and Nelly and a very dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral Wednesday July 3rd, Service at St Mary's and St Lawrences Church, Cauldon at 1pm prior to cremation at Markeaton Crematorium. Will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church.
