JackCHADWICKA much-loved Husband of 50 years to Joan, Dad of Amanda, Janette, Derek and Colin, Grandad of Rebecca, Kim, Lyndsay, Matt, Amy, Aaron and Josh, and Great Grandad of 6, passed away peacefully on 16th May 2022 after a short illness, with Amanda by his side. Jack, aged 85, will be greatly missed by all who knew him as the kind generous man he was. Funeral to be held at Wakefield Crematorium on the 6th June 2022 at 2pm, followed by a celebration of life at the Castle Pub, Sandal, Wakefield, all welcome. Donations if desired, to go to the Stroke Unit at Pinderfields Hospital, who gave Jack the most dignified final days.
