Elizabeth AnneCHAFFEROn 9th May 2023, aged 56 years, in the excellent care of Aden Mount Care Home. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth, following a short but bravely fought battle with cancer. Loving daughter of the late David and Winifred. Devoted partner of Tony, a loving niece, cousin, and a very dear friend and colleague to many. Nana Liz to Lily, Brandon, Freddie and Poppy. Elizabeth will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday 14th June at 2.45pm. Family flowers only, but donations in lieu to Yorkshire Cancer Research and the Greenlea unit at HRI. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Crematorium. All enquiries to T W Birks and Son, Woodhead Road, Holmfirth HD9 2PR. Tel: 01484 683322.
