JoanCHALKLEYJoan passed away peacefully in the care of Leighton Hospital aged 86 years. Beloved Daughter to the late Raul and Florence-Mary, loving Wife to Les. Beautiful Mum to Anthony and Andrew, Mother-In-Law to Julie, Gran to Emma, Jenny and Richard, Great Gran to Ethan, Colton, Willow, Logan, Lottie and Lilly, Sister to Olive, Auntie, Cousin and kind friend to many. Joan will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Monday 4th September 2023 at 10am.
Donations in memory of Joan will be gratefully received for Royal Stoke University Hospital Kidney Care Unit.
