William ArthurCHALLINORAt rest on October 6th 2024 at the RSUH, Arthur aged 92 years, beloved son of the late William and Annie, also a dear friend.

Arthur will be fondly remembered for his many years of running the family cobblers business in the Strand, Longton.

A simple funeral service and cremation will be held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at Carmountside Crematorium at 9.30am, friends wishing to attend kindly meet and disperse at the Crematorium.

Arthur I will always be grateful to you for the many times you put tips on my stilletto heel shoes and only charged half a crown. Your name lives on with Challinors Corner a well known area of Longton.
