I am so saddened to only just hear that Joan has passed away. Joan was such a wonderful lady who I had the pleasure of working for, for many years. She was the best manager I've ever had but also a lovely friend too.

Thinking of Joan's girls who, although I never met them, feel I know them as she spoke about you all the time and I know how proud of you she was.

And thinking of Derek too. You were such a lovely couple.

Rest in peace dear Joan.
With love
