DavidCHAMBERSDavid passed away with his family by his side at the Macmillan Unit Royal Derby Hospital on the 11th October aged 62 years.
Much loved son of Kathleen and the late Donald. Dear brother to Anne, Christine, Stephen and Tina. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
David's funeral service will take place at Markeaton Crematorium on Wednesday 13th November at 11.00 am.
