Suddenly at home on Wednesday 15th November aged 76 years.
Tom, dearly loved husband of Rita, loving dad of Aaron and Melanie. Beloved father-in-law of Annemarie, doting grandad of Dylan and Lilly, dear son of the late Lillian and dear brother of the late Bill and Dave.
Would friends and family please meet at The West Road Crematorium on Tuesday 5th December at 11:15am followed by Interment at Heaton Cemetery at 12:30pm.
Afterwards all welcome back to the Heaton Buffs for refreshments.
