Agnes ElizabethCHANTLERSadly passed away 23rd March 2019 in Countess of Chester Hospital aged 80 years. She will be sadly missed by friends and family. Agnes's life will be celebrated at Chester Crematorium on Wednesday 24th April at 1:20pm and afterwards, afternoon tea at The Little Fox Thornton Hough. Family flowers only.
