PhyllisCHAPMANPeacefully on Jan 14, 2015 in the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, at the age of 106 years, 'Phyl'; was the adored wife of the late Jack (District Manager of the Prudential Assurance Company), dearly loved and cherished mother of Peter and Audrey, loving Nana to Ceri, Jane, John, Dai, Sarah and Sian, she was a much loved great-grandmother to her thirteen great-grandchildren and beloved mother-in-law to Ann and Barry. Phyllis will be greatly missed by her family and friends and fondly remembered as past lady captain of Southerndown Golf Club, a keen bowls player at Bridgend Bowls Club, W.I. member at Laleston and accomplished artist with Bridgend Arts Society. The funeral will take place on Wednesday Jan 28, 2015 at 11am in Coychurch Crematorium. Family flowers but, if you would like to make any donations in Phyllis' memory, we have chosen a charity nominated by The Scarlets.
