PaulCHAPMANCaroline, Larissa and Phoebe would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, Mass cards, cards and generous donations to Marie Curie and Kirkwood Hospice received following their sad loss of a dearly loved husband and dad. Thanks also to Victoria at Kirkwood Hospice, Dr Ahmad GP, staff at St James hospital Ward 88 and nurses Emily and Matt, Cowlersley Chemist, District nurses Debbie and Diane for their care and support and the excellent care provided by Locala carers and the professional service by Radcliffe funeral service. The attendance of so many at the celebration of Paul's life was a great comfort and he would have been so proud of his tribute.
