FredCHAPMAN(Otterburn) A loving husband, father and grandfather. Died at home, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday 8th December. Fred was a retired farmer who stayed strong throughout his illness of Pancreatic Cancer. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all of his loving family and friends. Fred was born 19th November 1938 in South Killingholme, Lincolnshire and moved up to Northumberland with his family. He farmed at Woolaw, Rochester until retiring four years ago. Fred enjoyed horse racing as an owner and had many a great day out at the races. His family would like to thank everyone who helped look after Fred, especially the District Nursing Team and Hospice who really took time to listen and support the family. Due to the current restrictions the funeral will be private.

Sorry to hear the sad news. We had lots of fun with Fred almost forty years ago with lead rein Gymkhana games when they lived in Lincolnshire. He enriched those times for us.
