Mark PatrickCHAPMANPassed away peacefully at home on 28th January 2022, aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Liz. A much-loved dad & grandad. A celebration of life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 16th February 2022 at 3.45pm. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, payable to "British Lung Foundation" can be left after the Service, or sent c/o Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Service, 134 Eastgate, Louth, LN11 9AA. (01507 603519).
