Christina MariaCHAPMANFollowing a brave fight against Lewy body dementia, it is with great sadness to announce that Christina Maria passed away peacefully on September the 27th 2023, at Scunthorpe General Hospital, with her family by her side.
A loving and devoted wife to Doug (Dougie), a wonderful mother to Gareth, Colin and Rhiannon, a treasured sister to Mary, John and the late Michael and Terry. Christina was very special to the wider family, and a friend and colleague of many.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude for the dedicated care and support given to Christina throughout recent years by the local Dementia team, and, particularly, in recent weeks, from all those associated with the A&E Dept, and Wards 16 and 24 at Scunthorpe General Hospital.
All are invited to celebrate Christina's life at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe at 12:40 on Thursday the 12th of October 2023.
