CarolCHAPMANOn Tuesday 16th April 2024, whilst in the care of St Andrews Hospice, Grimsby, after an illness bravely fought and with her loving partner by her side, Carol aged 58 years sadly passed away.
A devoted and much loved partner of Mig. A dearly loved daughter of Hazel and Ken. A cherished sister of Debbie and Alan and loving sister in law of Caroline. A special auntie to James. Carol will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A funeral service to celebrate Carol's life will be held at Grimsby crematorium on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 at 3:00pm.
