Barry JohnCHAPPLEPassed away peacefully at home and surrounded by his family on 28th June aged 76 years. Much loved husband of Margaret, dad of Steve and Martin, grampy of Erin and Evie and brother to Lesley. Barry will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

The funeral service will be held at Mendip Crematorium on Friday 17th July at 1.30pm. Please feel welcome to wear any colours other than black.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, for Parkinson's UK and Dementia UK can be left at the service. Alternatively they can be made via www.parkinsons.org.uk and www.dementiauk.org
