CHARLIE FROUDFourteen-year-old Charlie Froud, from Bristol, died in a plane crash in Ireland on 25 October, 2008.
He was on holiday with his friend http://www.lastingtr ibute.co. uk/tribute/booz_fami ly/2934452 [Ayman Booz] and Ayman's parents Sharif and Margaret. All four perished when the aircraft came down in a storm.
It is thought Mr Booz, a successful businessman and an experienced pilot, was flying the private Piper PA-28 light aircraft from Gloucester to Kilrush, when the aircraft was re-directed and ran into heavy weather.
Keith Geary, head teacher of the boys' school, Marlwood School in Alveston, paid tribute to the boys: "Marlwood pupils and staff who have heard about the death of Charlie Froud and Ayman Booz, as well as members of Ayman's family, are shocked and saddened by all their deaths.
"Our first thoughts are with their families, to whom we send our condolences. Ayman and Charlie were such good friends because they were both lively, active and cheerful people, full of life and fun. They were very well liked by their peers and will be very much missed by pupils and staff."
