Jacob GeorgeCHARLTON-SMITH(Morpeth) Passed into heaven on Thursday 18th June 2015, Jacob, beloved son of Andrew and Stephanie, grandson of Jimmy and Heather and Rob and Helen and great-grandson of Vera and Jamma. During his short stay here on earth Jacob touched the hearts of many people and was deeply loved by his Mammy and Daddy, his grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many others. A Memorial Service will be held in St. Robert's Church, Oldgate, Morpeth on Wednesday 1st July at 2.00pm (please wear something blue) followed by a cremation at Whitley Bay crematorium at 3.00pm for family only. All are welcome at The Riverside Lodge, High Stanners, Morpeth afterwards from 2.30pm onwards. No flowers please, a collection will be taken on behalf of The Special Care Baby Unit.
