Isabel 'Belle'CHARTCHART Isabel 'Belle' (née Foster) (North Shields) Passed away peacefully at Coble House Nursing Home on 30th August 2023 aged 97 years. Beloved wife of the late William James Edward (Jim) Chart, much loved Mam, Mother in Law, Grandma, Nan and special friend to many. A Thanksgiving Celebration Service is to be held on Sunday 17th September 2023 at 10:00am at the Salvation Army Church, Howard Street, North Shields, NE30 1AR. There is an accessible entrance at the rear of the church. No flowers at Belle's request, any donations in lieu to the Salvation Army North Shields.

I only knew Belle briefly in her final days, but her spirit touched me. Clearly was a very kind and loving person.

Lovely memories of a very special lady and friend, with the most loveliest smile. You will be missed very much Belle. Thinking of you Joan, Peter and family at this very sad time. Love to you all Margie and Bruce.
