Derek RobertCHATTINGTONBeloved husband of the late June, Dearly loved dad of Ian and Michelle, Loving grandad, brother, brother in law, uncle and friend Passed away peacefully on 18th October 2023, aged 86. Funeral service to be held at St Andrews Church, Carlton On Wednesday 15th November 2023, at 11.00am, followed by burial at St Andrews Cemetery. The family warmly welcome you to join them after the service at The Millers, Twycross Road, Sibson, CV13 6LB, for refreshments and to share more happy memories of Derek. Flowers or donations if desired payable to WNAA (Air Ambulance) in memory of Derek which can be made via J E Hackett and Sons website (make a donation) or by post to J.E. Hackett and Sons Ltd Longford Bridge, Coventry, CV6 6BH. Tel: 024 76 367 149.

It’s a sad day that we say goodbye to our dear friend ‘DC’. We can look back fondly on the years of our sales training days and subsequent socialising in retirement and the laughs along the way. When the ‘three amigos’ (Derek, Archie, Denis) would get together we’d always come away laughing at all his jokes, stories and voices, especially Jethro. He’ll always be remembered .
