TerenceCHELL(Terry) Peacefully on 11th April 2018 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Terry aged 84 years of Birches Head, Devoted Husband of Maureen, treasured Dad of Darren, much loved Father-in-law of Gillian, loved Grandad of Kate, Emily and Tom.
Terry will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation to be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 4th May 2018 at 11.00am. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations preferred to the Donna Louise Trust.
