Thanks also to the District Nurses, to the City Hospital, I would like thank Dr. Antonio Martin-Ucar, Dr. S.A. Morgan and Dr. Kent, Sandra Hummerston, Clare Darlington, Nancy Bailey of Nurse Specialist Team, Hayward House Day Care, to the Queens Medical Centre, Lyn Jarrett Unit. I would like to thank all the staff, not only did you care for Len in his final days, you also looked after me. Thanks to family, friends and neighbours who attended Bramcote Crematorium and for the floral tributes and messages of sympathy and support. Finally my sincere thanks to The Reverend Jez Prance for the very comforting service, also L.J. Crawley & Sons Funeral Services who were very helpful at this very difficult time for me.
