Joan MildredCHICKIt is with deep sadness that the family announce the passing of Joan on Tuesday 12th December 2023 whilst in the care of the Scunthorpe General Hospital aged 90 Years, after having the care and support from the wonderful staff of Newgrove Care Home in New Waltham. Joan is now reunited with her adored late Husband Harold (Chick). Joan was a much-loved Mum of Janice and the late Neil, a beloved Mother-in-Law of Mike, a precious and treasured Nanna of Joanne and Kerry, and Great Nanna of Keane, Sian, Xena, Joshua, Aimee, Leah, Jasmine, Poppy, William, Chloe, and the late Reece. Joan was a special Sister of Mike, a dear Neighbour and Friend to many. Joan will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A service to celebrate the life of Joan will be held at St Margaret's Church, Laceby on Friday 26th January at 11:00am, followed by a private committal at Laceby Cemetery.

All floral tributes will be gratefully received at Kettle Funeralcare. Any enquiries to Kettle Funeralcare, 135 Granville Street, Grimsby, DN32 9PB (01472) 355395
