ThelmaCHILCOTTformerly of Barnstaple Passed away peacefully in Chesterfield Royal Hospital on 29th January aged 97 years, beloved wife of the late Ivor, much loved mum of Sally, Claire & James and cherished grandmother of Kate, William, Tom, Kieran & Polly. Service to take place at Chesterfield Crematorium on Monday 21st February at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for "North Devon Forum for Autistic Spectrum Conditions and ADHD" may be made online via www.bhattersley.co.uk or can be sent to B Hattersley & Sons, 211 Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield, S40 2BA
