PatCHILDS8th September 2009 Of Consett formerly of North Wales, Peacefully passed. Pat much loved Wife of David, loving Mother , Mother in law and Grandma to all the Family. Will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. A private cremation will be held on Thursday 17th September donations kindly received for LUPUS UK North Wales Group.
