EricCHINCHIN - ERIC, December 20, 2018. Aged 77 years. Eric had a stroke on 5th December. Eric put up a great fight but sadly passed away at Southport Hospital and is at peace now. Dearly loved husband of Jacqueline. Loving father to Eric, Derek, Joanne, Sandra & Wendy. Reunited with his son Richard and his mother Dorothy. Grandfather to Derek, Scarlet, Emma, Jamie & Jake. A family man and friend to all. The perfect gentleman. Sadly missed and so much loved. Requiem Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Southport on Tuesday 15th January at 1:30pm, followed by committal at Southport Crematorium. Dear Eric, i'm thinking of you today on the day you gained your wings.
Hoping you are at peace and watching over us till we meet again.
You were a kind and gentle soul who we were lucky to have you in our family. I cherish the many fond childhood memories of visits to you and Jacqueline in Chatham and our holiday to Paris.

Thinking of you today Eric, on the day you went to heaven. The years go by but we still miss your smiling face, your kindness, your caring nature and the place you filled in our family. You honestly were such a true gentleman and i couldn't imagine my sister with a more lovely husband, you were perfect together ❤
I know you'll be watching over Jacqueline and you'll be so proud of her. Your love and light shine on.
