KazimierzCHMIELOtton Passed away at Darwin Court Nursing Home on December 24th 2013, aged 89 years. Kaz will be sadly missed and never forgotten by his son Steven, daughter Anne, grandchildren Rachael, Kristine and David, and his relatives and many friends. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 15th January 2014 at St John's Church, Shenstone at 2.45pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Research UK or a charity of choice.
