AgnesCHODKIEWICZMorpeth Peacefully in hospital on 24th January 2018 after a long illness bravely fought for many years. Aged 70 years Agnes, (nee Hay). A beloved wife of Bob, a loving mum to Jules and Robert, a very special grandma to Robert and Poppy, a dear sister of Michael. Loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at Cowpen Crematorium on Friday 9th February at 11.30am. Family flowers only.
