Phyllis ConstanceCLARK(nee Pittam) Of Nuneaton, passed peacefully away at home on Tuesday 12th August 2014. Beloved Wife of Chris, dearest Sister of Eileen, Sister-in-law to Stan, Mary and David. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. The funeral service will take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Tuesday 26th August at 10.30 am.
