BrianCLARKGill, Alison, Jackie and families would like to thank our friends, neighbours, Cardiff City Football Club, ex-players and everyone who sent flowers, cards, messages of sympathy on the sad loss of our dearly loved Brian. Thank you to all who attended Brian's funeral and for all the generous donations to West 2, Whitchurch Hospital and the Lewy Body Society. We would particularly like to thank our good friends, Diane and Colin, for all their many acts of kindness and always being there for us, the caring and kind staff on West Ward, Whitchurch Hospital for the outstanding care of Brian and our family, Dr Martin Andrew and his team, Dr N Peass, Palliative Team, family GPs Dr G Hayes and Dr C Davies, Whitchurch Village Practice, Richard for his caring tribute, Cannon John Rowlands for his comforting service, Nick and staff at Whitchurch Golf Club, for the excellent buffet and Matthew, from Green Willow Funerals, for his professionalism and help. Brian was a true family man, a fine player and a gentleman, who will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
