HowisonCLARKDied on 17th September at Royal Blackburn hospital after a short illness. Howison was born in Glengarnock in 1936 where he was the youngest of four. After leaving school Howison moved down to Burnley to live with his sister where he had various jobs before starting his career at Michelin where he worked for over thirty years before retirement. Howison was a keen golfer and football fan and he enjoyed many years representing Working Men's Clubs around the North West. Howison leaves his wife Margaret, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren by whom he will be sadly missed. Howisons funeral will take place on Tuesday 28th September at 3pm at Accrington Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations to be made to the RNLI.
