Sarah-JaneCLARKEPassed away on the 12th of June 2023 at Yeovil District Hospital, aged 46 years. Darling daughter of Carol & the late Donald, sister to Andrew & Mathew. A much loved auntie. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service to be held at Mendip Crematorium on Monday 3rd July at 10.30 am. The family request that colourful clothing be worn.
