CarolynCLARKEPassed away suddenly, at home, after a long illness, on Friday 1st September 2023, aged 62 years. Beloved daughter of Jean and the late Joe, treasured sister of Jacqueline and Kevin and sister-in-law of Terry, devoted mum to Emma and proud grandma to Thomas. Carolyn will forever be missed by her heartbroken family and friends.

A service for Carolyn will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Tuesday 26th September at 1:30pm.

Flowers are welcome and may be sent c/o Central Co-op Funeral, 4 Park Farm, Birchover Way, Allestree, DE22 2QN. However, if preferred, donations in lieu may be given at the service for MIND.
