David LeslieCLARKESadly and unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday 20th March 2024 at his home in Blurton aged 75 years.
Beloved husband of Val, dear dad of Bernie and Andrea, also a dear grandad, great grandad, brother and uncle.
Dave will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all of his family and friends.
Service at Park Church, Shelton on Thursday 18th April 2024 at 11:00am followed by cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 12:45pm. Would relatives and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church.
No flowers by Dave's own request please. Any kind donations left in Dave's memory will be forwarded to the UHNM Charities (Heart and Lung Department) at the RSUH.
