Sarah JaneCLARKEPeacefully on 8th February 2025 in the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Sarah aged 39 years of Grimsby.

Loving daughter of Lesley and the late Darren, devoted step-daughter of Ted, much loved mum of Connor, Jake, Oliver, Jamelia and Oscar, a much missed sister of Gary and Rachel, a dear granddaughter, sister-in-law, aunt, niece and cousin and a good friend to many.

A Service to celebrate Sarah’s life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 10th March 2025 at 11:15am.

Donations in Sarah’s memory to benefit the ‘Intensive Therapy Unit’ at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital may be given at the service or sent to the Funeral Director.
If so preferred floral tributes will be received by: -
