Pat (Nee Stamp)CLAYPeacefully at Scunthorpe General Hospital on 5th October 2010, Pat sadly passed away aged 62 years. Devoted mum of Sal and the late Marie, loving nana of Zoe, Steven, Chelsea, Lee, Clint, Troy, Danielle and the late Leanne, loved daughter of Alan and Rose and also a loving sister, auntie and friend to many, especially Baz. Will family and friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium Chapel, Scunthorpe on Monday 18th October 2010 for service at 1.30pm followed by interment at Woodlands Memorial Park. Now resting peacefully at J Naylor Funeral Directors, Comforts Avenue, Scunthorpe where floral tributes may be received.
