The obituary notice of Richard Norman CLAY

Hi Gina, you may not read this as it’s rather late but I’ve just found out about your Dad. I’m very saddened to hear he’s no longer with us. He did my garden for many years at Saxondale and came with us when we moved for a year or two, until may be 2014. Such a nice fellow. I’ll raise a glass in his honour!! Please forgive my late response.

I Some years ago my father employed Richard to cut his (quite sizeable) lawns. Richard was always keen to make a good job, and would work hard until he was satisfied with the result.
During his coffee break he was happy to have a chat, and we would put the world to rights.
I shall miss Richard.
