StephanieCLAYDEN(Steph) Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 19, 2015, Steph, aged 53 years. Treasured mum of Harriett and Hugo and a most inspirational woman to all who knew and loved her. All family and friends are welcome to a service of celebration of Steph's life at St. Mary Magdalene Church, West Street, Yarm on Wednesday, April 29 at 1.15pm. No dark clothing to be worn by family request. Donations gratefully received to Cancer Research UK. (Donation box provided at church)
