BrendaCLAYPOLEPeacefully at home in Nunthorpe on September 1st Brenda aged 85 years, beloved wife of the late Brian, dearly loved mam of Dave and Sue, dear mother in law of Mandy and Mario, dearly loved nana of Emma, Sarah, Louise, Leanne and Jodie and great nana of Sophie, Jack, Ruby, Ida, Fern, Brandon, Sam, Alfie, Harry, Levi and Louie. A service in celebration of Brenda's life to be held at Kirkleatham Crematorium on Friday September 13th at 10.00am prior to cremation. Will relatives and friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, there will be a collection box available for donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, for the Alzheimers Society

Sorry to hear that Brenda passed away. My late mother and father, Betty and Owen McCluskey of Ormesby were good friends of Brenda and Brian from years ago. They had a stall on the markets for years, like Brenda. I am their daughter and remember seeing Brenda on the stall at Guisborough long after my Mum and Dad retired, often stopping for a chat. I have just found out about Brenda's passing as my husband is a retired police officer and it was on the latest NARPO news letter. He also knew Brendas husband Brian from his service in the force.
