Ilona HedwigCLAYTONIt is with great sadness we announce that Ilona passed away on the 10th of June 2020. Much loved and devoted wife of the late Robert, cherished mum of Deborah, Fiona, Melanie and the late Gary, a dear mother-in-law to Luke, doting grandma and nanny to Matthew, Geminee, Sophie, Robbie, Izzy, Jessica and Ben, great-grandma to Hannah and Daniel, loving sister to Hans and the late Karola. A private service will take place at Woodlands Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday the 24th of June 2020 at 12.40pm prior to interment at Woodlands Cemetery. A memorial service will take place at St Hugh's Church at a date to be appointed. Terribly sorry to hear this news. Mrs. Clayton and I began speaking, via Clayton properties, around the start of Quarantine and routinely had long conversations about the current state of affairs, as well as her storied history prior to coming to the UK. she was a lovely lady who always looked on the bright side of life. She will be undoubtedly missed, by all who knew her
