Clare LouiseCLEMENTS(née Popperwell) Clare Louise Clements (née Popperwell), sadly died on 23rd July 2023, aged 59. A funeral service will be held on 23rd August, at 2:15pm, in the Briwnant Chapel at Thornhill Crematorium. We welcome Clare's family, friends and colleagues and hope that this short service will bring everyone who knew and loved Clare together to celebrate her life. A wake will follow which we hope will provide us all with the opportunity to meet, talk about her and to share our memories and stories. No flowers please, however, donations may be made in Clare's memory, to the Turner Syndrome Support Society, UK at www.tss.org.uk
