CLIFFORD LEEFormer hospital radio volunteer Clifford Allen Lee was killed in a car crash close to his home village on Saturday, 17 January, 2009.
The family of Mr Lee, 44, who lived in Glyncorrwg near Port Talbot, paid tribute to him following his death and floral tributes were placed at the scene on the road between Glyncorrwg and Cymmer.
In a statement issued last night, the family described him as a loving son, brother, partner and father.
They said: "Clifford was much-loved and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. He will always be in our hearts and thoughts forever".
Mr Lee previously worked as a volunteer DJ at Radio Phoenix at the old Neath General Hospital.
The night before the fatal collision he was DJing for a children's disco at his local rugby club.
