Service at St. Peter's Church, Formby, on Thursday September 4th at 11.30 a.m., followed by Cremation at Southport Crematorium at 12.40 p.m. Family flowers only, donations if desired payable to 'Conquest Art' c/o Dean Bros., Deans Court, 76 Gores Lane, Formby, L37 7DF.
