Dear Mother in law and much loved Grandmother. Pat will be very sadly missed by all her Family and many friends. Funeral service takes place on Friday 21st August 2009 at Llansanffraid's Church, Glan Conwy at 2.00pm, followed by interment at Llasanffraid Cemetery at 2.45pm.
