Hazel DawnCOATESPassed away suddenly at home on 14th August 2018 aged 52 years. Daughter of Lee and the late Alan, Sister of Tony, Eric and Joanne and an Aunt and Sister in law. Hazel will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service will be held at Manchester Crematorium on Thursday 6th September 2018 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only but donations are being received in Hazel's memory to the Alzheimer's society.
