We've only just heard of Carol's passing and sending our love and condolences to Dave and Carol's family. I'm now sitting quietly remembering all the fun times we've enjoyed, all the cocktail catch-ups and holidays shared over the years. I will miss you so very much, from Ruth (and Dave) Miller
