StephenCOLLINGEPassed away unexpectedly, at home,
aged 72 years. He will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
His funeral service will be held at
Lichfield and District Crematorium, Fradley on
Monday 23rd April at 3.30pm.
Family flowers only preferred. Donations in memory of Stephen will be given to Cancer Research UK.
