PatCOLLINS(Stephen) Beloved Son of Ted, Husband of Rose, Dad to Jason & Louise, Grandad to Nathan, Cameron & Brandon, passed away on 9th January 2009. Pat's funeral service will take place at Loughborough Crematorium on Friday, 23rd January at 2.00pm. Flowers welcome. In loving memory of Husband and Father, Stephen Patrick.
