Janice ElizabethCOLLINS (nee Haslam)Jan passed away peacefully after a long illness at The Florence Nightingale Community Hospital on Thursday 22nd December 2022, aged 65 years. Treasured daughter of the late Shirley and Gordon, a much loved niece, cousin, colleague, neighbour and friend, who will be sadly missed. Funeral service to take place at Markeaton Crematorium, Round Chapel on Thursday 19th January 2023 at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are invited for Cancer Research UK. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or may be given at the service.
